At Tribco, we believe in helping develop the next generation of construction professionals by offering internships that introduce students to the industry and provide hands-on training and experience. Internship programs are a great way stay connected to the community and give back to the industry while also grooming potential employees.
This summer, two college students participated in our Project Management Internship Program:
Chris Ryu, a civil engineering major at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Chris chose Tribco because he was impressed with our 
family-like atmosphere, which we at Tribco also feel is an important part of our corporate culture. (A little-known fact, for those who met Chris at our office and wondered why he is in such great shape—he swam competitively for seven years.)
Pedro Solis
Pedro Solis, a civil engineering major at University of Illinois at Chicago. A bit of a handyman, Pedro enjoys fixing anything he can get his hands on. He chose Tribco because he felt we could offer him a deeper level of experience and knowledge in concrete construction than other companies in the Chicago market. (We hope we met and exceeded your expectations, Pedro!)
